A: Once your payment is processed, you will receive an instant email with instructions on how to download your copy of our Fantasy Draft Tool.
A: We accept PayPal, which accepts all major credit cards and Google Checkout.  If you do not have a PayPal or Google Checkout account, you can sign up for one during the checkout process.  Don't want to sign up for an account, no problem, you can simply pay by credit card through PayPal's or Google's website without creating a ID.

A: Yes, please contact us and we will gladly work with you.  Please keep in mind that the Fantasy Draft Tool will not be emailed until the funds have cleared.


Q: What is your refund policy?
A: Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds.  Once your payment clears, we will email you instructions on how to download your excel based fantasy draft tool.  We cannot grant a refund since we have no way of knowing whether or not you will use the fantasy draft tool.  Please ask all questions you may have prior to making your purchase to ensure our tool works as expected.


Q: Can I easily view all teams rosters on one screen?
A: Yes, after you've selected all of your leagues customizations and clicked on the "Recalculate Projections & Build Draft Board" button you will see at the top of your Microsoft Excel screen a blue button labeled "Summary" as well as all teams in your league.  If you select a team name from the new excel menu, it will take you to that team so you can enter your draft picks.  If you select "Summary" from the new excel menu, you will see a snapshot of a given Teams Roster, 1 Player Max (for Auction Drafts only), Total Spent (for Auction Drafts Only), and the ability to toggle between all other teams.


Q: What versions of Microsoft Excel is your fantasy draft tools compatible with?
A: For Windows - All versions of Microsoft Excel.  For Mac - All versions of Microsoft Excel prior to Excel 2008.  Our fantasy draft tools do not work with Excel 2008 on a Mac.


Q: When I click on "Recalculate Projections & Build Draft Board", nothing happens? Or I get an error message telling me that Macros are disabled because the security is set to high.
A: Our tool is built using Microsoft Excel's Visual Basic language.  When opening the file, please make sure to click "Enable Macros".  If the dialogue box to "Enable Macros" does not appear, please perform the following:  Goto Tools -> Macro -> Security -> Set it to Medium, close down excel completely and try again.
