On the "Scoring" sheet is where you customize your fantasy football league settings and scoring system:

  • Select the number of teams - 8 to 20
  • Select the number of roster spots - 10 to 30
  • Select the minimum auction price from - $1 to $100 (not applicable for Standard Drafts)
  • Total team salary cap - $25 to $1000, with $5 increments or enter any other dollar amount (not applicable for Standard Drafts)
  • Enter Individual Salary Caps for each team (Usually applicable for Keeper Leagues)
  • Select your draft type - Standard Draft or Auction Draft
  • Number of Players at Each Position to be Drafted (Auction Drafts only)
  • Enter team names

  • Once all settings are entered, click on the "Recalculate Projections & Build Draft Board" Button

  • After "Building your Draft Board", you will receive the following confirmation.  If you don't receive this confirmation, please see the Troubleshooting section of the "Read Me-Cheatsheet" tab or our Instructions page

  • To enter draft picks, navigate to the "Draft Board" sheet where you will see 1 fantasy football team's roster (red button) and a bunch of Blue Buttons at the top.  Click on the "Summary" button on the left will show you a Summary of the draft.  Or click on the "All Teams Grid" to view a grid of all the teams in your fantasy football league, kind of like those big sticker boards.  Or click on any team's individual button to be taken to that team.
  • Use these Blue Buttons to Toggle from Team to Team to enter the draft picks as they come in.
  • When a team is selected, the blue team box changes to red to help aid in the flow of your fantasy football draft.

  • The first pick for the Dawgs is Peyton Manning and his auction price was $34
  • Select the fantasy football position of the drafted player (QB, RB, WR, TE, K, DEF, DL, LB or DB)

  • Based on the position, the fantasy football player list is dynamically populated from your positional cheat sheets
  • Or you can use the "auto-complete" feature.  Instead of picking a name from the drop down list, just start typing the name in (First name first).  When you see the name you want, hit the "Enter" key, "Tab" key, or use your mouse to click off the cell.

  • Notice the "Total Spent so Far / Total Remaining" and "1 Player Max" fields after the $34 was entered (with a Total Salary Cap of $200)

  • Notice the "Total Spent so Far / Total Remaining" and "1 Player Max" fields after a couple more picks

  • For the next pick, the Birds drafted Tom Brady.  Notice the Draft Board is dynamically populated and Peyton Manning is no longer in the QB drop down list:

  • As fantasy football draft picks are made, players are crossed off each individual positional cheat sheet as well as the “Master List” (below):

  • In order to view the Auction Draft Summary, simply click on the large Blue Button labeled "Summary" and a dialogue box will appear.
  • Depending on team selected on the right, it will populate that teams roster on the left
  • The "1 Player Max" for each fantasy football team
  • The "Total Spent / Total Left" for each team
  • Easily toggle between any team
  • Position Totals Tracker to easily view how many players each team has at each position.
  • On the far right, there is a "Player Pool" of all available players by position, click on the position tabs to toggle between positions.  This list is also dynamically populated based draft picks already made:

  • In order to view a grid of all teams, simply click on the Blue Button labeled "All Teams Grid" and it will take you to the "All Teams" sheet.
  • The blue toggle buttons will remain on the top of the screen
  • Each team in your fantasy football league will be shown here, with each position listed with a different color (for ease on the eyes while the draft is going)
  • From here you can navigate to any team to enter draft picks, view the league "Summary" or just go back to the "Draft Board"
  • You can sort based on the order the player was drafted "Sort - By Position Drafted"

  • or you can sort by grouping all positions together, all quarterbacks, then all running backs, etc.

  • Here is the "Summary" of a Standard Draft
